Layout of an anniversary book for the S.E.R.P.E., société d'études et de recherches en préhistoire des Eyzies (Eyzies society for prehistoric studies and research). It gathers notorious scientific articles from the very beginning of the journal in 1951.

The book was laid out with financial and technical constraints, as the S.E.R.P.E. is a small independant association.

Small onglets on the side of the book, one for each chapter, make the navigation easier for the reader.

We can see this touch of color on the side of each page, as a visual echo. They are completed with thin lines along the whole book, with reference to the excavation sites and the ropes placed to delimit each zone.
